DC Doda reviews functioning of RCCMS among other online Rev Services, digitization of records

Doda: Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vishesh Paul Mahajan, on Tuesday reviewed the Revenue related matters, including the virtual (online) Revenue Court Cases Management System (RCCMS) here at a meeting of the departmental functionaries.
ADC Doda, ADC Bhaderwah, ACR, all SDMs and Tehsildars of the district participated in the meeting.
The Deputy Commissioner took a detailed review regarding online services delivery mechanism and disposal of revenue court cases on RCCMS portal.
Reviewing digitization of Revenue Records, the dealing officials apprised the DC that all the Revenue Record of this District has already been digitized by Ramtech as confirmed from all the concerned Tehsildars and the same has also been conveyed to the higher authorities.
On digitization of Massavies, the directions were issued to all the Tehsildars to gear up the progress of digitization of cadastral Maps (massavies) and ensure that the said digitization be done within the next 05 days.
The directions were also issued to all the Tehsildars regarding disposal of online Application of Fard within the PSGA timeline and to ensure that no application should go beyond the PSGA timeline in future.
DC directed all the Tehsildars to clear the pendency from their online portals within days and also check/monitor all the online portals on a daily basis, so that none of the applications be got beyond the PSGA timeline. DC instructed all the Tehsildars not to entertain any offline application for issuance of any certificates in future.
The DC was informed that 56 Change of Land Use applications were received online on CLU portal, out of which 26 have been approved, 26 rejected and 04 have been reverted back to the applicants and as on date no CLU application is pending on the portal.
Regarding status of Revenue Court Cases in RCCMS and Remand Cases, the directions were issued to all the subordinate Revenue Officers for disposal of Court cases on a regular basis to reduce pendency on the RCCMS portal.
Further, the directions were also issued to all the Tehsildars to upload all the remand cases on the RCCMS portal till 14th of January and start their further proceedings immediately. Besides, the directions were issued to all the Revenue Officers for uploading all the deposed cases on the RCCMS portal as per the directions of higher authorities.
On the removal of encroachments from state land, Kahcharaie/ Common land including expunging of entries from Revenue Record/actual eviction on ground, the dealing official apprised the chair that all the illegal entries of State land have already been expunged from the revenue record, and state land measuring 4246 kanal 04 marlas have been retrieved physically from the illegal occupants.
The Deputy Commissioner appreciated all the Tehsildars for eviction of state land. Tehsildars were directed to accelerate anti-encroachment drives in their respective jurisdictions and submit the report so that the same can be compiled at District Headquarter and be submitted to Divisional Commissioner Jammu. DC also reviewed attestation of mutations, SDRF, and other revenue issues.
DC has directed all the Revenue Officers to issue the certificates, revenue extracts online to bring in transparency and accountability in the system and make the services available to the beneficiaries at their convenience.
