Kupwara: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Dr.Doifode Sagar Dattatray on Tuesday convened a meeting of all concerned officers and stakeholders to review the arrangements for conduct of Winter Carnival-2022 in the district.
The meeting held threadbare discussion regarding the successful conduct of the Carnival and the DC received feedback from the concerned officers.
He directed the concerned officers to work in coordination and ensure things are done with utmost creativity and cohesion.
On the occasion, the DC reviewed various arrangements and fixed responsibilities on officers to ensure the arrangements at the ground. The arrangements reviewed include infrastructure, parking space, Audio Video system, lighting, installation of stalls, promotional activities, artists, besides, ATV, SnowMobile and Ice Skating facilities.
ADC Kupwara, GhulamNabiBhat; OC BEACON 109 RCC, ACD, ACP, CMO, entrepreneurs and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
