Thousands of Tourists from across India adore Snow, Music, Food and Fun during Vibrant Bhaderwah Festival

Bhadarwah: New Year 2023 was welcomed by thousands of tourists from across the country with great enthusiasm and fervor here at Vibrant Bhaderwah Festival. Tourists enjoyed Music, Cycling, Sledging, Food and Fun in snow at GuldandaBhaderwah. A colourful cultural/ musical event was held at famed Gatha Park, where local artists mesmerized the audience with their stunning performance on the last evening of the year 2022.
The Vibrant Bhaderwah Festival was organised for the first time by the District Administration with the support of Jammu Tourism, Army (4 RR) and tourism stakeholders in the Bhaderwah Valley
The grand success of the festival is being viewed as a big leap towards making Bhaderwah most favoured and a must visit Tourist destination. The new year celebrations in Bhaderwah Valley were planned by the District Administration at different locations to add festivity to the event and for enhanced pleasure and amusement for the visitors.
Sunny day at Guldanda with stalls of different varieties of food, music, snow cycling and other facilities enthralled the tourists. In the evening at the Gatha Park, folk music and cultural presentation, food stalls and other entertainment activities created an indelible impression in the minds and hearts of the audience. People from all walks of life, all age groups and from many states of the country loved Bhaderwah and the way the events were planned and presented throughout the day.
In a statement, the Deputy Commissioner, Vishash Paul Mahajan has thanked the tourists and hoped that they would act as the ambassadors of hospitality and beauty of Bhaderwah.
He further complimented the SSP Doda for the foolproof security arrangements put in place and OC 118 RCC for the commendable job of ensuring BhaderwahBaniBasholi road traffic worthy.
Important among those who attended the festival included H Rajesh Prasad, Principal Secretary PDD, CO 4RR and Dr Ajay Wakhloo, famed Gynaecologist and CMD of AnkurMaitrika Hospital and SanjeevGanjoo MD City Bank New York.
