Kupwara: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Doifode Sagar Dattatray, ADC Kupwara, Ghulam Nabi Bhat chaired a meeting of concerned officers to review the progress of revision of Panchayat electoral rolls.
The meeting held threadbare discussion regarding the Revision of Panchayat electoral rolls which has been started from 21st of this month. The officers were directed to gear up the progress for enrollment of new voters.
The Representatives of Political parties were asked to appoint their Booth Level Agents who will help the BLOs for registration of maximum voters so that no eligible voter is left out.
Dy. DEO Kupwara, Mehraj-u-din Wani; SDM Lolab, ACP, EROs, AEROs, besides, representatives of political parties attended the meeting.
