The subscription links have already been shared with the schools/students of the district Kishtwar and till date 5000 students have been registered and subscribed to the BYJU’S courses under the supervision of the Education Department.
In this regard, District Administration, in collaboration with the Department of school Education, on Friday hosted a training program for the Master Trainers including HOIs, Principals, Headmasters, Teachers of the district to acquaint them about the technical knowhow of the online courses and the ways the subscribed students could benefit from these online courses.
About 400 Master trainers were imparted training by the resource persons from BYJUs here at conference Hall DC Office Complex Kishtwar through Virtual mode.
Deputy Commissioner, Dr DevanshYadav; ADDC, Sham Lal and Chief Education Officer Sudarshan Kumar Sharma were also present on the occasion.
The master trainers were equipped with the knowledge of accessing the user friendly BYJUS App and its online courses. The resource persons also cleared the queries of the participants.
The master trainers will further share the knowhow with the student subscribers and teach them how to best utilise the online courses provided to them.
Besides, they will also help the students to learn about the technical fundamentals of online teaching offered by BYJUS.
Speaking at the training programme, the Deputy Commissioner gave an insight on the significance of the online courses and urged the students to make best use of the opportunity. He asked teachers to facilitate the students to get due benefit from the faculty members of India’s largest learning App.
He hoped that this initiative will help the students of far flung areas of district Kishtwar to bridge the learning gaps. This initiative will also help students to update their learning material at par with the present competitive world, he added.
