Budgam : Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Budgam, DrNasir Ahmad on Wednesday chaired a meeting regarding Revision of Panchayat Electoral Rolls at Conference Hall Budgam.
The meeting was attended by all EROs/AEROs and Panchayat Election booth officials participated.
In the meeting, the upcoming Revision of Panchayat Electoral Rolls schedule was discussed which will commence from 21st of December 2022. Also, 06 Special camp dates in all the 17 Block of district Budgam were also discussed during the meeting, wherein ADC impressed upon all PBLOs to remain present at their polling locations along with the draft Electoral Roll & requisite forms for assistance of voters on the said camp days.
He also instructed all the AEROs to supervise the said special camps on the dates notified by the State Election Commission J&K and ensure 100% registration of all eligible and left out voters during Revision of Panchayat Electoral Rolls so that no voter is left out.
Besides the meeting was attended by ACP, ACR, District Informatics Officer NIC Budgam, Sub Divisional Magistrate Beerwah, Khansahib, all Block Development Officers of District Budgam, Election NaibTehsildarBudgam, Panchayat Secretaries, VLWs/MPWs/GRS.
