B’gam : Saying that communalisation of politics was a bad omen for democratic and secular credentials of the country, Chairman J&K Peoples Democratic Front (JKPDF) and former Minister Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen on Wednesday cautioned  the people against machinations of the divisive forces who try to divide communities on the basis of region and religion  for satiating their vested political  interests. He said India is a socially pleural country where there was no room for communal politics.
Speaking at one day convention of PDF workers of Reyaar,Gogithaji ,Kralpathri ,Yarikhah, Shanipora , Dabipora  and Talapora halqas of Khansahib constituency in Budgam district Hakeem cautioned people against nefarious designs to communalise politics adding that political parties thriving on deceit and division of  communities on the basis of religion and region need to be isolated  and curbed. ً India is a socially pleural  country where there was  no room for politics of hate and emotional blackmail’, Hakeem maintained while urging the need to defeat designs of the divisive forces.
The convention was held to take stock of the prevailing political situation in Jammu and Kashmir and problems confronting the people due to administrative innertia. Hakeem said PDF was committed to protect socio- political and developmental  interests and aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir at all costs . He demanded that Doodhpathri and Tossamaidan tourist resorts should be opened for winter tourism to generate employment avenues for the local youth. He has also demanded early completion of Grid station ,Khansahib which envisages to improve and streamline power position in  three adjoining Tehsils including Khansahib ,Khag , and Beerwa besides  some areas of Branwar in Chrari sharief constituency .
