Doda : To mark International Disability Day, SamagraShiksha cell of CEO office Doda on Saturday held several sports competitions for the differently abled persons.
The contests were held at DIET Doda to lift the spirit of differently abled Students and teachers on International Disability Day.
The sports event was inaugurated by I/C Principal DIET, PurshotamDassGouria. Resource Teacher I.E ManishaGoswami, Kismat Singh (lect) Coordinator I.E &MrSohailWani DRG DIET Doda coordinated the event.
On the occasion differently abled Teachers were also felicitated for their tireless contribution towards the department despite adversities they face while performing their duties.
Winners of different sports events like tug of war, Marathon, Singing, dancing and painting etc were felicitated after the successful culmination of the event.
