Doda : Deputy Commissioner DodaVishesh Paul Mahajanon Friday chaired a meeting of key officials of line departments to discuss the change of land use applications received online.
During the meeting, the DC enquired about the status of NOCs being issued in the favour of the online applicants, the applications received online till date, besides their reporting and follow up status by the concerned departments.
The Committee approved 12 cases received from three applicants online.
The DC directed the authorities to attach the revenue documents duly signed with each proposed file of applications received through online portal. Besides, he directed the concerned dealing Officials to immediately forward the cases to all the concerned when received online, for their response as per the norJ&K
It is pertinent to mention here that the new guidelines have been issued to regulate the uncontrolled conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes on the one hand and keep the developmental aspirations of J&K and the people on the other hand.
The meeting was attended by ADC Bhaderwah, SE Jal Shakti, CEO BDA, ACR Doda, CEO Doda, CAO Doda, Ex En PDD, Law Officer DC Office Doda, Representative of DIC Doda, besides, other concerned officials were also present in the meeting.
