Kulgam : The District Development Council (DDC) member Manzgam, Chowdhary Jameela on Monday inagurated a playfield at Tangmarg, here. The playground has been established at an estimated cost of Rs.10 lacs by the Rural Development Department.
Assistant Commissioner Development Kulgam, Mohammad Imran Khan locals and sports lovers were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion DDC member complimented District Administration for augmenting sports infrastructure in the district and added that these playfields will give ample opportunities to groom sports talent and will keep youth away from drugs.
