DC Doda reviews progress on key indicators of Rev Deptt

SDMs, Tehsildars asked to monitor Devworks; ensure availability of basic amenities in winters, Fards be issued only through online mode

Doda: Deputy Commissioner Doda Vishesh Paul Mahajan on Monday chaired a meeting of key Officials of the revenue department here in the conference hall of the DC office to review their performance  under various priority indicators.

Threadbare discussion was held on the key indicators which includes latest position of Reconstruction of Missing record/ Massives; Generation and Distribution of Land Passbooks; Implementation of online services; Progress of delineation of GairMumkinKhads; Physical eviction of State/ Common / Kacharie/ Roshni land; Details of Revenue Court cases; Identification of land for Revenue Buildings; GoshwaraJinswara for Kharif 2022; Proposals for Stamp duty rates for the year 2023; Identification of land for R-SETI; Attestation of pending Mutations; Details of Stone/Hot/ Wet Mix Plants operating in the district; Rationalization of PatwarHalqas; and Pending Land Acquisition cases.

The DC, while reviewing the status of missing/ damaged records/ Massives, was informed that only 47 masavis are not available/ damaged   in the district, for which the reconstruction process was in progress.  The DC instructed the department to constitute a team of Girdawars and Patwaris well versed with the task to   oversee the process.

On Generation and Distribution of Land Passbooks, DC appreciated the officers for providing the same to all Landholders either as hard copies or soft copies. He asked them to make the corrections, if any as applied by the Land owners.

Tehsildars were instructed to issue fards only through online mode from tomorrow onwards, for the convenience of the general public. He asked to ensure all NOCs under Change of Land Use (CLU) were sent to the DC office within 7 days. The DC also made it clear that if the NOC is not received within 15 days from any department, it shall be deemed that the department has no objection.

On the delineation of Gair Mumkin Khads, the SDMs and Tehsildars were asked to send a report before 31st of December to the DC office with regard to eviction of encroachments. The DC passed strict directions to all the Tehsildars to expedite the anti encroachment drives.

On the pendency of revenue court cases, the DC has asked the revenue officers to speed up the disposal and clear the current pendency of 204 cases by 31st of March 2023. The officers were also directed to identify land for Revenue buildings by 5th of December to facilitate the process for creation of revenue offices complexes in all sub divisions and tehsils. The DC also directed the revenue officers to verify the Stone Crushers /Hot / Wet Mix Plants for valid permissions and their impact on the environment and the society.

The DC also directed the Tehsildars to organise grievance redressal camps at regular intervals and tour to the far off places to redress the people’s grievances at their doorstep.

Reviewing the winter preparedness, the DC directed the Tehsildars to ensure that all the provision of all basic amenities was made in coordination with the concerned line departments to avoid inconvenience to the people.

The meeting was attended by ADC Doda, ADC Bhaderwah, ACR  , SDMs, ACD, Dy Director Employment, all Tehsildars, and other concerned officials.
