Jammu : Conveying his warm thanks to Lt. Governor J&K Manoj Sinha and his administration, the Director General J&K Police Dilbag Singh has congratulated 37 officers for their regularization/promotion as Superintendents of Police.
Expressing his happiness on the promotion of officers, the DGP congratulated the officers and their families. In his message, he said that promotions to the higher rank leads to more responsibilities adding that he hopes that the officers will work more professionally and dedicatedly to achieve the organizational goals especially towards safety and security of the people. He wished them good luck in their future endeavours.
The DGP conveyed his warm thanks to Lt. Governor J&K Manoj Sinha, Advisor (B) R R Bhatnagar, Chief Secretary J&K Dr A. K. Mehta, Financial Commissioner (ACS) J&K R K Goyal and other officers of J&K Government for sanctioning the order of promotion.
Police in the above quoted statement recalled that Home Department through an order issued on Saturday sanctioned the regularization/promotion of 37 Deputy Superintendent of Police/ I/c Superintendent of Police as Superintendents of Police Level-11 in the pay matrix.
