Reasi : Government General Zorawar Singh Memorial Singh Degree College, Reasi hosted a lecture on 3R’s Initiative i.e. “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle of Dry and Wet Waste”.
The event was organized by the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies in collaboration with Municipal Council Reasi and NSS Unit of GGZSMDC Reasi.
Vinod Sharma, Rohit Sharma, Ishan Ahmed and Ganesh Singh all are field Executives of Municipal Council Reasi were the resource persons.
About 100 NSS Volunteers of the College and students from different streams were made aware about the initiative and role of this initiative to counter the devastation wreaked by climate change.
Dr. KulvinderKour, Principal of the College, Prof. Ajay Kumar, NSS Programme Officer and Dr. Rajinder Kumar, Assistant Professor, was also present on the occasion.
