RAC approves 12 rent cases in Rajouri

Rajouri : A meeting of Rent Assessment Committee was on Thursday convened at Rajouri under the Chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, VikasKundal.
ADC Rajouri, SachinDev Singh; CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; SE PWD ( R&B), CAO, Sohan Singh; TehsildarThanamandi, besides other concerned officers and officials of different departments and owners of the rented buildings attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the Committee held detailed deliberations with concerned departments which are functioning from rented accommodations in the district and with the owners of these buildings.
A total of 18 cases came under discussion pertaining to different departments running in private buildings including Agriculture, Education and Police and others. After a detailed deliberation, the committee approved 12 cases.
The DC directed the concerned officers to expedite the payment of rents as per the rates approved in the meeting.
