With top brass of district administration Kupwara kick starting mission civil service for the UPSC aspirants with the launch of coaching and counseling program for this year’s civil service examination from two coaching centres of the district a new trend of coaching and counseling for USPC’s civil service examination can be set in Jammu & Kashmir.
