With top brass of district administration Kupwara kick starting mission civil service for the UPSC aspirants with the launch of coaching and counseling program for this year’s civil service examination from two coaching centres of the district a new trend of coaching and counseling for USPC’s civil service examination can be set in Jammu & Kashmir. Setting up two coaching centres for the civil services examination with Deputy Commissioner Dr Doifode Sagar Dattatray and district SP Handwara Sheema Nabi Qasba coming on the forefront of this bigger initiative by delivering inaugural lectures at the two coaching centres of the border district the enthusiasm has grown unprecedentedly among the aspirants in this border district. While response shown by 1343 aspirants to the coaching initiative of district administration Kupwara shows that the interest for competing UPSC’s civil service examination is growing in the border district , the short listing of just 267 candidates out of 1343 candidates for coaching at the two coaching centres in Handwara and Kupwara shows the seriousness of district administration Kupwara in the conduct of the coaching course for this year’s civil service aspirants. Interestingly a serious effort in coaching and counseling of civil service aspirants was in recent years conducted by the likes of Ab Gani Mir a senior IPS Officer who held the position of IGP Kashmir Range and ADGP, CID prior to his central deputation and many civil services qualifiers of recent years credit their successes to the rigorous coaching for UPSC’s civil service examination under the leadership of Ab Gani Mir. May be the mission civil service started by Kupwara Deputy Commissioner Dr Doifode Sagar Dattatray and district SP Handwara Sheema Nabi Qasba script another chapter of success of the J&K aspirants in the history of UPSC’s civil service examination in coming few years.

May be Dr Sehrish and Rayees Mohammad Bhat take cue from Dr Sagar and Sheema Nabi Qasba  and the mission civil services reaches not only other districts of Kashmir valley but also spreads to all the districts of Jammu division also.  For youth aspiring to qualify UPSC’s civil service examination direct recruit IAS and IPS officers including  the likes of Dr Doifode Sagar , Sheema Nabi Qasba, Dr Sehrish and Rayees Mohammad Bhat can become the sources of inspiration if they guide and train well the promising aspirants to attain success in the upcoming civil service examination. Never forget that IAS qualifiers of great repute like Fazl Ul Haseeb, Akshay Labroo , Shahid Iqbal Chowdhry, Syed Abid Rasheed, Dr Bilal Mohi Ud Din and many others can also become part of the mission civil services kick started by top brass of district administration Kupwara.

This is also the right time for young direct recruit IAS and IPS officers Dr Sehrish Asgar the incumbent Deputy Commissioner Baramulla and Rayees Mohammad  Bhat the incumbent SSP Baramulla to take cue from the initiatives  of incumbent Deputy Commissioner Kupwara Dr Doifode Sagar Dattatray and the incumbent district SP Handwara Sheema Nabi Qasba and hold similar coaching courses at couple of specified coaching centres in district Baramulla also. Never forget that IAS qualifiers of great repute like Fazl Ul Haseeb, Akshay Labroo , Shahid Iqbal Chowdhry, Syed Abid Rasheed, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din and many others can also become part of the mission civil services kick started by top brass of district administration Kupwara.
