Ramban : Department of AYUSH, Rambanon Saturday distributed immunity-boosting medicines among the staff of BRO, at 52-RCC GREF Headquarters, Batote, besides sensitizing them about the management of stress and lifestyle diseases.
As per the AYUSH Ramban, over 250 immunity-boosting kits containing different medicines were distributed among the GRED Staff to help them to boost their immunity.
Addressing the GREF staffers, Nodal Officer, Immunity Booster, Dr. MasudIqbalZargar, who is also District Coordinator Yoga, dwelt on the role and contribution of the Ministry of AYUSH during the Covid pandemic, besides highlighting the importance and efficacy of Ayurvedic medicines.
Dr. Zargar laid stress on the efficacy of Yoga for achieving physical and mental health. He also enlightened them about spiritual health by delivering a lecture on spiritualism in the light of the holy Gita and by reciting relevant Gita Shalokas (verses).
At last OC, GREF, SK Gautam thanked AYUSH department especially DrZargar for providing immunity boosters to his staffers.
