Doda : Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vishesh Paul Mahajan,on Friday chaired a meeting of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs and ICDS departments to review their performance.
The meeting was attended by AD Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, all Tehsil Officers, besides PO ICDS and CDPOs.
He reviewed the Golden cards generation under AB PMJAY SEHAT scheme by the Fair Price Shops/ Ration depots and instructed the TSOs to monitor the process personally to achieve 100% saturation in it. He also reviewed the stock and Supply position of ration and winter stocking in the district. He directed to ensure that all ration stores are safe and hygienic.
Reviewing the ICDS sector, he took stock of functional and non functionalAnganwadiCentres and directed the DPO to file a report about the non functioning of AWCs, if any, and mention the reason for the same.
He directed CDPOs to submit centre wise details of beneficiaries and asked them to visit every Anganwadi Centre personally during Jan Abhiyaan and B2V4 programme.
He laid emphasis on TSOs and CDPOs not to compromise on quality and hygiene of nutrition and ration being provided to the beneficiaries.
The meeting was attended by AD Food civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Rahul Sharma, DPO ICDS, ShahidaParveen, and all the TSOs and CDPOs of the district.
