Deptt wise status of public grievances on LG Portal reviewed in Rajouri

Rajouri : Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal on Thursday chaired a meeting to review the action taken by the concerned departments on the grievances reported on  LG Portal by the general public.

Officers present in the meeting were ADC Rajouri, SachinDev Singh; ADC Kalakote, KrishanLal; CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; PO ICDS, ShoketMehmood Malik; AC Defence, SaleemQureshi; CAO, Sohan Singh; CMO, Dr Abdul Hamid Zargar; DMO, NaseebBajrang; DSWO, Wakeel Ahmed Bhatt and other concerned officers.

During the meeting, the DC reviewed Department-wise disposal of grievances and obtained to-date status wherein the concerned officers briefed about the same.

The DC stressed on the early and quality redressal of the genuine public issues to mitigate their sufferings.

While taking note of the pendency of grievances in respect of the departments, the DC asked the concerned officers to find out the cause of the issues so that the public don’t have to complain for the same issue again and again.

He also asked the officers of the concerned departments to look into the issues reported by the general public on priority and co-ordinate citizen-friendly solutions at their own level.
