Kulgam : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhaton Thursday chaired a meeting of officers at the mini-secretariat here and reviewed arrangements put in place for Back to Village, phase 4.
During the meeting, the DC impressed upon the officers to work in close coordination and ensure elaborated arrangements are in place at all levels to conduct the 4th phase of Back to Village smoothly.
It was also informed that under the 4th phase of Back to Village programme all panchayats will be covered in 3 phases in these days.
It is pertinent to mention that a training session was also conducted for the Visiting Officers who are scheduled to visit Panchayats in 1st phase from tomorrow and 57 panchayats will be covered under Phase 1.
The meeting was attended by CPO, ACR, ACD, DPO and Executive Engineers from PDD and PHE besides CMO, CEO BDOs, Tehsildars and other officers
