Samba : Deputy Commissioner Samba, Anuradha Gupta, on Thursday felicitated winners of National Art Performing Championship here at Conference hall of DC Office.
The National Art Performing Championship-2022 was organised at Mumbai, Maharashtra, in which J&K students also participated and bagged several medals including 07 medals by the students from Samba district, who bagged 6 gold and 1 silver medal.
Deputy Commissioner lauded the students for winning medals and also wished them luck for future endeavors.
The winners from samba district included Sargun Sharma, SonaliBhagat, VishaliBhagat, Onikkundal, IshaGandgotra, ParneetKour, SatishBhagat. The students competed in dancing, singing, theatrics, acting
National winners will be competing in Nepal in Indo-Nepal competitions in coming months.
