DC B’gam reviews “Jan Abhiyan” prog, directs officers to attain 100% saturation in all deliverables

Budgam : Deputy Commissioner Budgam, S F Hamid took review of all the deliverables to be provided under “Jan Abhiyan” which is commencing from 15th October to 26th October 2022.

In a detailed review DC directed for saturation of all the deliverables under different schemes. DC directed Officers of Rural Development Department for preparation and finalisation of Gram panchayat development plan in convergence mode.

Among different plans include  VillageHaats to be installed in every panchayat by NRLM department, CSC camps to be organised in every panchayat, awareness regarding Beams, Jan Bhagidari.

DC asked that in every panchayat there should be hoardings, wall paintings depicting about Digital J&K and its online Services.

He stressed on officers of the banks to provide self-employment assistance to at least 15 persons per panchayat and directed that  counters shall be established in every panchayat for subsidised schemes. DC said that  there should be 100 % financial inclusion in every panchayat through various financial schemes.

Hamid  laid special emphasis for popularisation of “ApkiZamin , ApkiNigrani”and holding of special campaign in this Jan Abhiyan commencing from 15th- 26th October. He directed officers of Heath department for 100 percent saturation of Golden cards and  directed for junk free hospitals.

DC directed District social welfare officer to provide disability cards under (UDID) in coordination with Health department. He further directed that there should be 5 awareness programmes regarding BetiBachooBetiPadhaho scheme.

DC directed officers of forest department to initiate activities regarding  Winter plantation in this Jan Abhiyan. Also, he directed officers of Education department for holding of 200 parent teacher meetings in different schools under this programme besides conduct cleanliness drive in every school and college.

Hamid directed other concerned officers of various departments for proper disposal of their deliverables be it road transport plan, Tribal plan, Ration card management system, skill development, ensuring of training of cooperative society members, holding of camps,100 percent online payment by PWD, training of persons under disaster management, ensuring biometric attendance.

Dc Budgam directed ADDC , ADC, ACD, ACP, ACR for inspection of at least 20 offices at block level to  evaluate quality check, inventory management and disposal of grievances. Jal Shakti department was directed for activation of all panisemithis.

To make masses aware regarding their legal rights law and justice department was directed to hold at least 01 camp in each of 17 blocks.

He called for holding a  bigKissanmela  at sports stadium Budgam by agriculture and its allied departments. Similarly Floriculture department waz told to organise 50 awareness camps in different gram panchayats across Budgam district.

District Information Officer was directed to launch at least 5 persons in Budgam under talent hunt programme to be launched on YouTube channel. He further directed to engage 3 role models in different fields who will inspire youth through digital mode.

DC directed planning department to achieve 100 percent saturation under aspirational district model. He said Convergence will be the key to finish every work.

Besides ADDC Budgam, ADC Budgam, CPO, ACD, ACP, CEO, CMO, executive engineers of various departments, SDMs and all other District and sectoral officers were present in meeting.
