Samba : In continuation of digital empowerment of citizens, District administration Samba on Tuesday organised special revenue camps under Jan Abhiyan and distributed Land pass books among beneficiaries.
The Samba Administration, under direct supervision of Deputy Commissioner, Anuradha Gupta, has formulated a detailed action plan for distribution of land passbook among land holder beneficiaries. The DC Samba, in a recent meeting, has directed for hundred percent saturation of all beneficiary oriented schemes within a stipulated time frame.
Revenue officers, during special camps, distributed more than 86 Land Pass books among the beneficiaries as per the progress report submitted to the DC office regarding daily achievement.
Among other initiatives, the revenue department has launched a massive awareness campaign on ApkiZameeenApkiNigrani, revenue digital interface, Portals in the district.
“PatwarKhana in each patwarhalqa have been established and verified besides information regarding officials, office timings, helpline numbers, panchayat details has been painted at each patwarkhana” said a revenue official.
