Srinagar : An unidentified male body was found on the bank of Wahan Canal at Kullar area of Pahalgam in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday afternoon, an official said.
An official said that a male body was spotted by some locals on the bank of Wahan canals, which flows between Kullar to Pahalipora at Pahalgam in the afternoon and accordingly informed the police.
A police officer said that a team has reached the spot and has recovered the dead body, saying that “identity of the body is being ascertained.”
