Budgam : The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Budgam, S F Hamid on Saturday chaired the weekly interdepartmental coordination committee meeting and took detailed sector wise review of all the departments.
At the outset, DC stressed the completion of all pending works in time and ensure their expenditure on time.
The meeting was apprised about the current status of projects and expenditure made so far.
The concerned were directed to ensure completion of all pending works before the already given time frame.
A discussion was held regarding Swachh Bharat Mission and all officers were directed for the cleanliness of their office premises. Municipal committees and the Rural Development department were directed to ensure 100 percent cleanliness in Budgam. Municipal Committees were directed to remove illegal encroachments in coordination with the Revenue department within no time.
DC directed officers of Rural Development department to complete all the taken up Amrit Sarovars to be inaugurated on 4th of October.
Special emphasis was laid on ensuring saturation of all social sector and public welfare schemes so that the benefits are availed by the deserving social groups.
Every officer was directed to share the daily progress of the works to the DC office for real time monitoring.
Besides ADDC, ADC, the meeting was attended by CEO Doodhpatri, CEO Yousmarg, JD Planning, SE Hydraulics, CEO, CMO, ACD, ACP, Chief Agriculture Officer, all Xens’s of all sectors, other district officers, all EOs of municipal committees.
