Srinagar : Sri Pratap College on Thursday hosted Divisional Level Declamation, Painting and Quiz Competitions in connection with Gandhi Jayanti Celebrations-2022.
Prof. (Dr.) Khurshid Ahmad Khan, Principal of the College inaugurated the programme. He congratulated the students for having qualified the District Level competitions and wished them best for the next level.
Prof. YasmeenAshai, Director Colleges, Higher Education Department of the J&K of J&K was the guest of honour.
90 Participants from all the 10 districts of Kashmir Division took part in the scheduled events. First three positions in each category were forwarded for the felicitation ceremony in the mega event scheduled to be held at SKICC Srinagar on 2nd October.
Prof. Manzoor Ahmad Wani, Dr.Khalida Hassan and Dr. Syed MisbahZahoor were in-charge of Quiz, Painting and Declamation competitions respectively.
Dr.Masood Malik, Prof. MashouqHussain and Dr.AltafHussainParray were the Jury for the Declamation contest and Prof. Parvez Lone, GhulamHussainWani and Dr.ShabanaAslam constituted the jury for the Painting Competition.The results were declared in the valedictory session followed by certificate distribution.
