Shopian : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Sachin Kumar Vaishyaon Tuesday visited Keller to review functioning of offices and to take stock of healthcare facilities besides to review developmental works.
On the occasion, the DC visited BDO office Keller and met public delegations, contractors, PRIs and listened to their grievances.
During interaction with Contractors, they apprised the DC of their problems. He heard their issues patiently and onspot resolved their grievances.
The DC on the occasion, asked for better cooperation from them in timely execution of developmental works being executed by the RDD department.
Vaishya assured them that the District Administration is always at forefront to expedite resolution of any problem faced by them.
The DC also made surprise inspection of Sub District Hospital, Keller and took stock of functioning of hospital, provision of health care facilities there besides inspecting Pharma stores.
He interacted with staff and instructed upon healthcare functionaries to provide better healthcare facilities to the patients. He also exhorted upon hospital management for keeping the hospital surroundings neat and clean.
Joint Director Planning, Khurshid Ahmad Khatana and other officers and officials accompanied the DC during the visit.
