EPFO continues to function in flexi hours to offload work

Jammu :  As a special measure towards customer outreach, EPFO, Jammu supports its facilitation centre and grievances/issues of stakeholders heard by P F Commissioner himself along with a dedicated team for the previous one week.

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office – Jammu is functioning in flexi hours to offload the work related to claims by capitalising on system speed. EPFO is servicing the entire area from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh with regard to settlement of claims, redressal of grievances, and facilitating stakeholders. To ensure service delivery at doorstep, various online initiatives of EPFO such as balance enquiry, filing of online claims including transfer, advance claims and members’ basic details were explained with hands-on demonstration.

Karan Sharma approached P F Commissioner for knowing his second UAN (which he was unable to trace).HisEstablishmentDenave India Pvt. Ltd. (in Delhi) was advised  to link his Aadhar with UAN . MrAbhishek (in Delhi), from the Establishment simultaneously liked MrKaran Sharma’s Aadhar with his UAN.The visitor appreciated the services of EPFO and recorded her feedback on her Instagram Account citing promptness of  EPFO, Jammu’s services.

Simple Gupta, from KD Multi-Speciality Hospital, JKJMU2 679877000 was updated on how to reset password Surinder Kumar Erroneous JKEPFO. Shubham Gupta was unable to update his bank KYC due to name mismatch and he was advised to resubmit bank KYC JK bank that will be approved by his employer

Babli Devi approached PF Commissioner for his son’s PF UAN No namely Karan Kumar and she was advised to submit Joint Declaration form to update his missing detail.

Raj Chand appeared to seek merger of his two PF Accounts. His P F transfer claim was submitted in the Office.

Universal Account Number (UAN) of Asia of Doda (Green Modern Higher Secondary School, Doda) was activated telephonically and her KYC details were submitted on Wednesday.

Many cases where deaths of members have occurred got verified and instructions were issued suitably to dealing hands to process all death claims before the last day of the month.

Rizwan Uddin, Regional PF Commissioner-I will personally hear the grievances/issues of all stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. All the stakeholders can visit the office for quick disposal of their grievances and to register any problems faced by them related to EPFO.
