Kishtwar : Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kishtwar Kishori Lal Sharma on Saturday chaired a meeting to discuss modalities for speeding up the registration of left out beneficiaries under Ayushman Bharat – PradhanMantri Jan ArogyaYojana- SEHAT Scheme (AB-PMJAY-SEHAT).
On the occasion, threadbare deliberations were held on present status and achievements made so far.
It was informed that 70 percent of targeted beneficiaries have been registered till date in the district. The ADC directed the concerned authorities to start a campaign and registration exercise by roping in all concerned departments for creating mass awareness.
It was informed that tehsil level Committee comprising Tehsildar, BMO, TSO, CDPO have been constituted to identify the left out beneficiaries in each village through active VLEs, dealer FS&CA, operators and AWWs.
Directions were also given for regular monitoring of the village level teams.
The ADC impressed upon health authorities and the ArogyaMitras to conduct short term training of officials, AWW, FS&CA dealers to fully equip them for the assigned job of registration.
Among others, the meeting was attended by the Chief Medical Officer, Dy CMO, all Tehsildars, CDPOs, District Coordinator CSC and other concerned officers and officials.
