Udhampur : In connection with Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral rolls with reference to October 1, 2022 as the qualifying date, District Election Officer Udhampur, KrittikaJyotsna convened a meeting with the representatives of Political parties of the District here at Mini Conference Hall DC Office Complex here on Thursday.
At the outset, Deputy District Election Officer, Gurdev Kumar welcomed the heads of political parties and briefed them about the summary revision of Electoral rolls with reference to October 1, 2022 as the qualifying date.
The DEO sought cooperation of political parties for successful completion of special summary revision of Electoral rolls in the District Udhampur. She emphasised on political parties to appoint polling station wise booth level agents to facilitate timely completion of the Special Summary Revision in the District. The DEO reiterated that booth level agents will coordinate with BLOs so that purification and updation of electoral rolls will be completed in a time bound manner.
