Kishtwar : District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson, KishtwarPooja Thakur in presence of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr. DevanshYadavon Friday flagged off SwasthyaRath” to promote NashaMukt Bharat Abhiyan, besides dedicated a new Ambulance to PHC Dachhan, here from DC Office Complex.
The Ambulance has been donated by Chenab Valley Power Projects Pvt. Ltd (CVPPPL) and dedicated to Public.
Speaking on the occasion, the DDC Chairperson congratulated the general public and said that the Ambulance will augment the emergency Medicare facility and benefit the people of that far-flung area.
She also expressed her gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner, CVPPL and Health Authorities.
Meanwhile, District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson KishtwarPooja Thakur in presence of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr. DevanshYadav flagged off “SwashtyaRath” a Mobile Medical Unit to spread awareness about the harmful and fatal effects of the menace of drug abuse under NashaMukt Bharat Abhiyan.
The SwashtyaRath fitted with louder speakers shall spread awareness across the host spot areas of District Kishtwar.
