Srinagar, Jammu: The Jammu & Kashmir Government in it’s daily Covid Bulletin on Wednesday said that 80 fresh positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19) including 10 from Jammu division and 70 from Kashmir division reported till Wednesday evening raised the total number of positive cases to 478495, Stating therein further that with no new Covid death reported till Wednesday evening the J&K’s overall Covid death toll stayed at 4783.
Government in it’s Wednesday’s daily Covid Bulletin also said that moreover, 121 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals including 22fromJammu division and 99from Kashmir division.
According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Corona virus (Covid-19), out of 478495 positive cases, 692are Active Positive (204in Jammu Division and 488in Kashmir Division), 473020have recovered and 4783have died; 2350 in Jammu division and 2433in Kashmir division.
The Government in it’s above referred daily Covid Bulletin also said that 11,897 doses of COVID Vaccine have been administered in the last 24 hours across Jammu and Kashmir bringing the cumulative number of doses administered to 2,43,26,972 till date.
Providing district-wise breakup for positive cases for Wednesday, the Bulletin informs that in Kashmir division, Srinagar reported 21 cases, Baramulla reported 06 cases, Budgam 25 cases, Pulwama reported 08cases, Kupwara reported 05 cases, Anantnag reported03cases, Bandipora reported 02 cases, Ganderbal reported 00 cases, Kulgam reported 00 cases while as Shopian also reported no fresh cases for Wednesday.
Similarly in Jammu division, Jammu reported 05cases, Udhampur 03, Rajouri 00, Doda 01, Kathua 00, Samba 01, Kishtwar 00, Poonch 00, Ramban 00 and Reasi also reported no fresh case for Wednesday.
The bulletin informs that in case of any help, the general public can call J&K Centralised Health Helpline- Toll Free No. 104.In case of emergency, people can avail free ambulance services 24×7 by calling toll free number 108 while as pregnant women and sick infants can avail free services by dialling toll free number 102, the bulletin reads.
It also informs that the public can reach national helpline by dialling 175.
