Srinagar : Police in Ganderbal on Tuesday organized a reception for the students who were the part of the Bharat Darshan Tour-2022 organised under Civic Action Programme. The students returned back safely after a week-long tour, visiting different colourful cities of the country. They were received by SSP Ganderbal Nikhil Borkar and Dy SP DAR Ganderbal Muzaffar Jan and were accorded with a warm reception at DPL Ganderbal.
According to a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters, while interacting with the students, SSP Ganderbal congratulated them for availing the opportunity of visiting the different parts of the country and exploring various places of Cultural importance. While sharing their experiences, the students showed enthusiasm and happiness and thanked Police for giving them opportunity to explore various cities and unique heritage sites in New Delhi and Kolkata.
On this occasion, the touring students described the tour as a great success and asserted that it has helped them to gain new experiences, and also gave them vast exposure and confidence in attaining new knowledge about the visited places.
In the concluding para of the above referred statement police said, the reception ceremony was also attended by other senior Police Officers of the District. Finally, SSP GanderbalShri Nikhil Borkar distributed certificates among the participants and wished them good luck for their bright future. The reception ceremony ended with a vote of thanks from both the sides.
