Kishtwar : Labour Court, District Kishtwar on Saturday disbursed Rs 8.65 lakh financial claims under Employees Compensation Act, 1923 to the petitioners.
The financial claim was disbursed to the petitioners in the case titled as “Tasleema Begum V/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance co. Ltd. which was awarded in favour of the petitioners.
Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar, Amit Kumar, handed over the invoice of Rs 8,65,000/- to the petitioners namely Tasleema Begum (Mother of deceased) and MohdYaseen (Father of deceased).
The petitioners thanked the Assistant Labour Commissioner for speedy disposal of the case and immediate disbursement of the awarded amount in their favour.
The court of Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar is working for the speedy disposal of cases pending at Labour court Kishtwar under various Acts.
Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar briefed that the pending cases shall be disposed of within prescribed time frame.
