H&ME constitutes search committee for Allied & Health care council

Srinagar: Health and Medical Education Department constituted a search committee for submission of a proposal of the eligible candidates for constitution of State Allied and Health Care Council in accordance with the National Commission for allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021.
According to an order issued by Secretary to Government Health & Medical Education Department said Dr. Samia Rashid, Principal, GMC, Srinagar will be chairman of the committee, Dr. Shashi Sudan, Principal, GMC, Jammu, Dr. Saleem -U-Rehman, DG, Health and Family Welfare, J&K, Dr. Yash Pal Sharma, Director, Coordination, New GMCs, J/K and Dr Mushtaq Ahmad Rather, Director, Health Services, Kashmir will be members of the committee.
“The above Committee shall submit the panel of members within a period of 10 days,” reads the order
