CBK searches in Srinagar, G’bal in case relate fake claim of disengaged Engineer as SLTC expert

Srinagar| Sept,1 :The Economic Offences Wing of Crime Branch Kashmir (CBK) are carrying searches at Srinagar city and Ganderbal District in connection with Case FIR No. 67/2022 related to the fake claim of a disengaged Engineer of J&K Housing Board as SLTC expert.

According to a statement issued by  Crime Branch Kashmir a case vide FIR No: 67/2022 U/S 420, 467, 468,471,120-B IPC was registered after receiving a written complaint. In the above referred written complaint, according to the above referred Crime Branch Kashmir Statement , received from Managing Director J&K Housing Board had alleged that the accused Er. Hakim Muzamil S/O Late Hakim Habibullah R/O Baghwanpora Lal Bazar Srinagar  disengaged from J&K Housing Board as State level Technical expert (SLTC), s misrepresenting himself as SLTC Expert of J&K Housing Board and misusing Official Seal.
The statement further reads that the Economic Offences Wing of Crime Branch Kashmir conducted an enquiry into the matter & during probe the allegations leveled had got prima facie established and accordingly Case FIR No. 67/2022 U/S 420, 467, 468,471,120-B IPC of Police Station Economic Offences Wing of Crime Branch Kashmir has been registered. The Crime Branch Kashmir in it’s above quoted statement furthermore said that searches are underway and more details will follow…
