Shopian : The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Shopian, Sachin Kumar Vaishyaon Saturday visited Devpora area of the district to take stock of ongoing road construction/ macadamization work. The DDC also met PRI members and locals of the village and listened to their grievances and took appraisal of local issues at their door steps. DDC Member, Choudhary Abdul Hamid, JDP/CPO, ShopianKhursheed Ahmad Khatana, and other concerned officers and officials accompanied the DDC.The DDC stressed upon the concerned executing agencies to accelerate the pace of work and expedite the macadamization work at the earliest and also ensure the quality work in the road construction/ macadamization projects.
