Srinagar : In a tragic incident, a mason died while another was injured after they fell from an under-construction house in Buchoo area of Kokernag in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday morning, officials said.
An official said that two masons identified as Tajamul Ahmad Bhat, son of Mohammed Ashraf Bhat of Matapora Dehruna and Amir Bashir, son of Bashir Ahmad Sheikh of Buchoo fell from the under-construction house of one Ghulam Rasool Sheikh at Bachoo village of Kokernag.
He said the duo was rushed to the hospital where Tajamul was declared dead on arrival. “Another person is being treated at the hospital,” official said
