Rajouri : Prof. Akbar Masood, Vice Chancellor Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University inaugurated a dedicated 24×7 emergency service duty room on the University campus.
According to a statement issued from the Public Relations Office of the University the Vice Chancellor Prof. Akbar while speaking on the occassion said that this facility will provide much-needed help to the residents of the campus to get real-time responses related to various essential services being provided to the faculty, staff, students and scholars of the University. Besides, this facility will act as a dedicated window to approach in case of any eventuality on the campus.
On the occasion, the Vice Chancellor also launched dedicated helpline numbers in the duty room will function 24 hours a day to resolve the grievances of residents of the Varsity regarding various essential services.
Those who were present on the occasion included the Dean Academic Affairs, Registrar, Dean School of Engineering and Technology, Dean of Students, senior officers and officials of the University.
