Labour Court disburses financial claims of worth 35 lac under EC Act 1923 in Kishtwar

Kishtwar : Office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Kishtwar on Saturday disbursed the financial claim of Rs. 35.00 Lakh in favour of petitioners in 3 cases titled as Shakuntla Devi & ors V/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd , Kalash Kumar And ors V/S Bajaj Allianz Gen. Insurance Company Ltd, Radha Krishan And ors V/S Bajaj Allianz Gen. Insurance Company Ltd.
Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar Amit Kumar handed over the invoice of Rs 35.00 lakh to the petitioners. The petitioners thanked the Assistant Labour Commissioner for speedy disposal of the cases and immediate disbursement of the awarded amount in their favour.
Pertinent to mention that the court of Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar is working for the speedy disposal of cases pending at Labour court Kishtwar under various Acts. Simultaneously, the Office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar is also referring the cases to the Lok Adalat as and when notified for amicable settlement.
Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar briefed that the pending cases shall be disposed of within prescribed time frame.
