Srinagar : Kaavish Foundation on Saturday organized ‘Eid Milan’ programme here at Yateem Trust Bemina in which number of orphan and other children participated.
Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Pandurang K Pole was the chief guest on the occasion while Chairman Kaavish Foundation, prominent citizens other concerned were also present during the Eid Milan programme.
Divisional Commissioner in his address hailed the efforts of NGO and extended Eid greetings to the children. He urged upon them not to consider themselves inferior or alone from others.
Div Com said the need of the hour is to provide appropriate platforms for the poor and orphans so that they can explore their talent. He wished them for a bright and prosperous future and assured that administration will explore every possibility for their better rehabilitation. Moreover, he urged upon them to work hard for achieving a better career.
The Div Com also stressed on the importance of skill development programme of the students to bring the all-round development in the society.
