Har Ghar Tiranga campaign: Kupwara Admin organizes Mega Tiranga Rally, 5000 students take participated

Kupwara : District Administration Kupwara on Sunday organized a Mega Tiranga Rally at Sports Stadium Galizoo Kupwara to celebrate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Har Ghar Tiranga programme.
Thousands of students representing various schools of Kupwara, Khumriyal, Trehgam and Dragmulla Education zones participated in the Mega Tiranga Rally.
The Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, Khalid Jahangir also participated in the rally along with officers of the district Administration including Additional Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Ghulam Nabi Bhat, Additional SP Kupwara Pradeep Singh, Chief Education Officer Kupwara, Ghulam Nabi Fani, DSP Hqr Rashid Younus, District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Jatinder Singh, Principals of Higher Secondary schools, Zonal Education Officers, Incharge Cultural Wing, CEO, Rayees Ahmad, Teachers and other concerned.
The students showed their talent in innovative ways to express their love for India. Students made symbols of Tiranga and map of India. The students, waving the National Flag in their hands, sang various patriotic songs.
Later, the mega rally led by Deputy Commissioner Kupwara Khalid Jahangir and other officers went through various markets and roads including Old Town, Hyhama Chowk, Iqbal Market, Hospital Road, Ragipora Chowk and culminated at Kupwara Byepass.
The Deputy Commissioner Kupwara appreciated the CEO Kupwara, Teachers and Students for making such a successful mega rally in the district headquarter. He said the District Administration and Schools made a joint effort to organize a grand rally to mark the culmination of the National Initiative under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
He appreciated students for showing their keen interest in Tiranga rally and advised them to do utmost hardwork in their studies and earn laurels for themselves and the nation. He said patriotism is the bedrock for the edifice of the nation building.
The schools which participated in the Mega Tiranga Rally include HSS Khumriyal, HSS Putshie, BHSS Kupwara, GHSS Kupwara, BHSS Trehgam, GHSS Trehgam, BHSS Drugmulla, BHSS Nagrimalpora, BHSS Hatmulla, BHSS Karihama, HSS Laderwan, HS Goose, GHS Drugmulla, HS Bramri, HS Gushie, HS Kunan, BHS Trehgam, HS Gulgam and all other Government as well as Private schools falling in the Kupwara Town.
A similar programme was organised in the premises of BHSS Vilgam. The principal BHSS Vilgam Manzoor Ahmad War organized the programme in coordination with ZEO Vilgam Javid Iqbal which was attended by hundreds of students of the area.
The schools which participated in this mega show include BHSS vilgam, GHS Vilgam, BHSS Tarathpora, BHSS Kukroosa, Waisa, BHS Manzgam, GHS Tarathpora, HS Dahama, HS Punzwa and many other institutions of the area.
The students exhibited their Patriotism and love for the Tiranga in many ways which was appreciated by the officers present on the occasion.
