DC Ramban finalizes arrangements for I-Day, Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan

Ramban : Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam on Friday finalized the arrangements for the smooth celebration of Independence Day, 2022 and the launch of HarGharTirangaAbhiyan here at a meeting.
Among others, ADDC, Rajinder Sharma, ADC, Harbans Sharma, ACR, Gias-ul-Haq, ACD, Ashok Katoch, CPO, Dr. KasturiLal, CMO, CEO, Executive Engineers of PWD, and JPDCL, Dy. SP, DAR, and other senior officers attended the meeting.
It was decided that the District level I-Day function will be held at District Police Lines Ground where the National Flag will be unfurled by the chief guest at 8.55 am followed by March Past by the contingents of CRPF, JKP, JKAP, Schools, and Army band, etc apart from cultural items.
The DC also asked all district heads to ensure their presence as well as that of the subordinate officers and officials at the full dress rehearsal on August 13 and Independence Day function.
The DC also reviewed point-wise arrangements for the HarGharTirangaAbhiyan launched across the country to mark the completion of 75 years of India’s independence under AzadikaAmritMahotsav.
The DC further directed the officers to illuminate and decorate the official buildings of their respective departments besides organizing different events to promote HarGharTirangaAbhiyan.
The DC directed the departments to complete all arrangements pertaining to their respective departments well before full dress rehearsal.
