Hakeem demands adequate arrangements for annual Urs of Hazrat Syed Ali Aali Bulkhi ( RA) at Pakherpora

Srinagar : Chairman J&k People’s Democratic Front ( J&K PDF) and former Minister Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen has urged the district administration Budgam to make adequate arrangements for annual Urs of Hazrat Syyed Ali Aali Balkhi (RA) Pakherpora, commencing from 13th of the current month.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Hakeem has asked the heads of various departments to make fool proof arrangements in their respective fields at Pakherpora during the Urs days so that pilgrims do not face any in convenience. He has called for deployment of additional fleet of passenger vehicles for carrying pilgrims to and from the shrine complex”. Transport department should press into service adequate number of vehicles for carrying pilgrims from the adjacent districts of Pulwama and Budgam, Hakeem said adding that consumers of Pakherpora should be provided additional quota of rice, atta , sugar , LPG and kerosene during the current month . He said cleanliness and sanitation in and around the shrine complex should be conducted on regular basis round by pooling services of available men and machinery . Likewise Public Health Engineering and PDD departments sould ensure un-interrupted supply of drinking water and Power during the Urs day .”Besides keeping 24X7 medicare services available in the Primary Health Centre Pakherpora, first aid centres should be be set up en-route Pakherpora to meet any exigency.
PDF Chairman has prayed that the occasion of Pakherpora urs may prove harbinger of peace, prosperity and development in Jammu and Kashmir.
