Bharat Darshan Tour, Students Group flagged off at B’pora

B’pora | A group of students of Bandipora was on Saturday flagged off for a week long Bharat Darshan Tour organized by Bandipora Police Baramulla under Civic Action Programme (CAP). In the event, all boarding and lodging facilities, to and fro air tickets including all other logistic facilities are being provided by the police.
According to a police statement issued on Saturday the Dy SP Hqrs Bandipora while interacting with the touring students said “the tour is primarily aimed at providing opportunity to the youth of the district to understand the togetherness of India and it is an effort of J&K police to expose our youth to exciting tourist spots of the country, historical places and other famous workplaces, industrial units and IT sectors etc, adding that it would make them aware of Art and Culture, people and rich diversity of our country.”
On this occasion, he also advised the touring students to imbibe in them greatness of the country and to take full advantage of the opportunity and collect memories for life during the tour, besides wished them a fun-filled, safe and life changing tour.
The flagging off ceremony was held at DPL Bandipora which was attended by DySP Hqrs Bandipora Mohmmad Shafat & DySP DAR Bandipora Ishfaq Alam. The students on Bharat Darshan Tour will visit different historical & tourist places in Mumbai, Delhi etc.
