DGP decorates newly promoted Dy SPs, DPT J&K decorates 5 NGOs of Telecom Cadre

Srinagar: In two separate pipping ceremonies held at Police Headquarters here on Thursday, the Director General J&K Police Dilbag Singh decorated newly promoted Dy SPs and Director Telecomm JK Shridhar Patil decorated newly promoted NGOs of Telecom cadre who were recently promoted to the present rank.
According to the statement issued from Police Headquarters, those decorated by the DGP include Mohd Abass, Mohd Ashraf, Sheikh Mushtaq, Riyaz Ahmad, Shagufta Shabnam, Abid Hussain, Khursheed Ahmad, Shahnawaz Sheikh, Shahnawaz Wakil, Muzaffar Ahmad, Javid Hussain, Manzoor Ahmed, Fazal-u-Din, Abdul Qayoom and Khalid Raza with the rank of Dy SP.
In an another felicitation ceremony, Director Telecom JK also decorated the newly promoted NGOs which included 2 Inspectors, Shameem Ahmad and Ghulam Ali Malla, 01 Sub-Inspector Tariq Ahmad and 02 Assistant Sub-Inspectors, Nayeem Ahmad Wani and Satbir Singh. On this occasion, the DGP congratulated the officers and their families and impressed upon them to work with more dedication for the people and department. He wished them good luck for the future. Those present on the occasion include ADGP Armed J&K, SJM Gillani, ADGP headquarters PHQ MK Sinha, IGP Traffic, J&K, Vikramjit Singh, DIG CKR, Sujit Kumar, DIG AP/IR Kashmir, Shahid Mehraj, DPT J&K, Shridhar Patil and other officers of Telecom department .
