Ramban: Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam on Tuesday chaired a meeting to review the implementation of Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana – SEHAT Scheme (AB-PMJAY-SEHAT) including the status of registration of beneficiaries in the district.
Nodal Officer, State Health Agency, Dr. Khurshid Khan; Chief Planning Officer, Dr. Kasturl Lal; CEO Devanand; AD FCS&CA, DHO, CDPO, BMOs, DISM, District Coordinators CSCs and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
After a threadbare deliberation on the status and achievements made under AB-PMJAY-SEHAT in each medical block of the district, the Deputy Commissioner suggested some effective measures to achieve universal saturation under the scheme.
The DC directed the Arogya Mitras and VLEs to identify the partially covered families and register their remaining members to achieve cent percent coverage under the scheme.
The DC also took stock of block wise achievements made by the BMOs. He inquired about the number of patients provided cash-less treatment to patients under the AB-PMJAY-SEHAT scheme.
The officers were asked to sensitise the people about benefits of SEHAT Golden Card to encourage them to register for the same.
The DC directed District Coordinator CSCs to speed up the registration on mission mode for achieving the 100% target under the AB-PMJDY-SEHAT schemes.
He also directed the Health department to enhance the COVID testing in all health blocks.
