GDC Frisal organises seminar on ‘Digital Economy’

Kulgam : The Government Degree College (GDC) Frisal Thursday organized a seminar on the Digital Economy in the Conference hall of the College, here.
The aim of the seminar was to enlighten students about the digital economy, its importance, advantages, Digital economy vs. internet economy and problems coming across the digital economy in the present and future.
Principal of the College, Prof. Syed Eazaz Hussain Rizvi graced the event by his presence and Dr. Ishtiyaq Ahmad Shah (HOD Education as well as Convener IQAC of GDC Frisal) Dr. Muzifar Yousuf (HOD English) and Dr. Gulzar Ahmad Ganie (HOD Urdu) were also present among others.
At the outset, the Principal of the college welcomed the gathering and shared his views on the Digital Economy.
The Convener Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college deliberated on the topic and put on the table different aspects of Digital Economy.
Many students participated and spoke on various aspects of the theme.
At the conclusion Dr. Masroor Amad Tantary, Lecturer Economics of the college presented the vote of thanks to the audience and the certificates were distributed among the speaker students by the principal of college.
