Nowshera Forest Divn, HDFC Bank Sunderbani conduct plantation drive

Nowshera : A plantation drive was conducted under Har Gaon Hariyali here at Government Boys Middle School Sunderbani by Nowshera Forest Division in collaboration with HDFC Bank under its CSR initiative. A total 150 saplings of different varieties were planted during the event.
The plantation drive was successfully conducted in presence of Dr. Vandana Gupta, Principal Govt Degree College Sunderbani; Rita Nargotra, Principal Government Boys Middle School Sunderbani; Rakesh Verma, Range Officer Sunderbani, Rangeel Singh, B.O Sunderbani, Bank staff Perminder Singh(BOM), Taranjit Singh(BM), other bank staff and staff members of the school.
The Principal GDC Sunderbani appreciated the joint effort of the Forest Department and HDFC bank and urged holding more such events in near future. The school authorities also welcomed the joint effort.
The whole event was conducted under the direct supervision of Vivek Verma, Conservator of Forests West Circle Rajouri and Neelima Shah Divisional Forest Officer Nowshera.
