Poonch : Sub Divisional Magistrate Mendhar, Jahangir Khan, along with a team of officers Thursday conducted an extensive tour of Village Banola and Salwa to take stock of losses caused due to the recent rains.
During his visit, the SDM directed the concerned sub divisional heads of the depts to immediately start restoration/repair of damaged public properties.
Meanwhile, the SDM also visited different educational institutions, where he checked attendance of staff. During the inspection some employees were found absent from duty without leave.
The SDM directed the concerned Dy. CEO Mendhar/ZEO to charge sheet the absentees in accordance with CSR and submit an action taken report within 2 days.
