DDC Chairperson Reasi reviews status of ADP, Distt Capex Budget 2022-23

Reasi : District development Council Chairperson, Reasi, Saraf Singh Nag Thursday reviewed the execution of Area Development Plan under District Capex Budget 2022-23 , PRI, BDC and DDC grants, status of estimation, accord of Administrative approval, e-tendering here at a District Council meeting at Conference Hall DC Office Complex Reasi.
Vice Chairperson DDC, Sajra Qadar, District Development Commissioner, Babila Rakwal; Additional District Development Commissioner Jyoti Slathia; Chief Planning Officer, Sunita Kanchan; Assistant Commissioner Development, Dr. Anirudh Rai, BDCs, DDCs along with BDOs attended the meeting.
Threadbare discussion were held on various aspects which include Abstract of estimation & AAA, 2022-23 under Area Development Plan, the works completed under ADP during 2021-22 & 2022-23 in respect of District Reasi, Block/sector wise new works of PRI, Block/sector wise SOS works of BDC, Constituency / sector wise new works of DDC, Block / sector wise SOS new works of PRI & BDC, Abstract showing SOS and new works in respect of BDC grants under ADP 2022-23, New works in respect of DDC grants under ADP 2022-23 etc were discussed in detail.
At the outset, the ADDC gave a detailed PowerPoint presentation on the physical and financial progress achieved on developmental works being executed by RDD in the district during the year 2021-22.
The DDC Chairperson directed the concerned officers to pace up the pending estimations, tendering and allotments of all ADP works.
The District Development Commissioner stressed upon the officers to maintain transparency and accountability in the execution of works.
